I’m having a photo uploading frenzy! On Tuesday I went into Old Quarter for a client meeting and to check out some hotels for Travelfish. As always, on my infrequent visits to Old Quarter, I took the opportunity for a wander around, this time from Hang Hang Street, at the northern end of the lake, up along Luong Van Can and Hang Ma — unofficially known as toy street and (tacky) decoration street respectively. Anytime of year is a good time to visit these two streets, Hang Ma in particular is a crowded and lively street, always stocked with the decor of the season, and not surprisingly Christmas decorations and other paraphernalia are now out in force.
